- Michael Schulz has over 25 years experience covering C-Level Executive, NED roles , BoardAdvisory work and C-Level Coaching in a diverse range of industries such as Energy,Manufacturing, Telecommunications & Technology, FinTech, Trading. He has lived and workedin mature markets as well as extensively in emerging and frontier markets covering Europe,Americas, Africa, Middle East and Asia.

- Michael previously served in Group Chief People Officer roles, leading people strategy andexecution in collaboration with the Board and the Local Operating Company Boards. Heimplemented fundamental shifts in Reward strategy for the C-Suite, C-Level succession;engagement and culture change tailored to local context and needs.
- He also has extensive experience in M&A Transaction both buy- and sell side, involving business,legal, and human capital aspects during due diligence, integration and divestment phases as wellas value creation through re-structuring and leadership changes.
- In VEON Ltd. NASDAQ . US, Michael has recently served as a Non-Executive Director responsiblefor the overall performance of the company’s operations in several of its portfolio companiessuch as guiding management on business strategy and execution, risk and human capitalmanagement.
- Michael is an Angel investor in the GreenTech industry where he advises start-up managementand mentors the Founder CEO. He also currently coaches CEOs in the Healthcare Industry. He isan Advisory Board member of The Inclusion Lab in Pakistan.
